OPEN is a national network fighting social exclusion and reducing offending of those who leave prison and are to become active parts of their communities. It gathers qualified and specilised skills to implement and support active inclusion though employment it and out of prison. It brings together public institutions and private organisations to propel governance and build useful networks.
