UDAF 2B

U.D.A.F is a semi-public institution. It represents all the French and foreign families of the department. It establish relations with the public authorities at the official level. The designation or the proposal of the delegates of the families is reserved to this institution and it is in this exclusive title that the UDAF represents the families in all the commissions of the department. UDAF 2B is entitled to exercise before all courts, without having to justify a prior authorization of the public authority the civil action relating to facts likely to harm the moral and material interests of families (Law of 11 July 1975). UDAF has the possibility of being a civil party in the cases involving the interests of the families in fields such as the discrimination, the mistreatment, the security, the non respect of the rights of the users.

UDAF Haute-Corse is entrusted with the management of the protection services for families.
