ENSEMBLE - "Non Formal Skills to Empower Migrants and Boost Local Economy" is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission. The project will develop and validate an innovative NFIL mechanism by focusing on migrant needs that will help VET's educators to identify and assess the NFIL professional competences of migrants groups, allowing them to play a central role in the integration process. To this end, ENSEMBLE brings together 7 partners from 5 countries (France, Belgium, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Italy, Spain) representing VET institutions, NGOs and Research Institutes.
During the meeting Partners had the chance to define final steps of Intellectual Output 3 "Innovative NFIL Mechanism Prototype" by discussing the details of ENSEMBLE tools and mechanism, and to plan the Training activity. Further, the Consortium laid the foundations of Intellectual Output 4 "Formalized Version Of Ensemble Innovative NFIL Mechanism and Manual"
The meeting also represented a unique opportunity to review the Dissemination strategy and to plan ENSEMBLE Multiplier Events "Learn about ENSEMBLE", that will proactively involve community institutions and experts, including policy makers in the field of VET and migrants.
