Tool of the EU competence profile for third country nationals
The Profile Skills tool has been specially designed by an EU expert group to be used by:
- national authorities responsible for reception and integration of refugees;
- reception centres;
- employment assistance services;
- education and training advisers;
- social services;
- NGOs and charitable organisations
Multimedia skills dashboard
It is a collection of multimedia products (video and digital sequences) that represents visually (hence in a simplified form for any user to understand irrespective of potential language barriers) work situational typologies organized by sector, classified according to the EUROSTAT NACE Statistical classification.
As additional operating support to help
1. educators to:
- accompany more easily the migrant in the process of identifying their NFIL
- take advantage of simple and immediate assessment tools
- structuring personalized pathways to employment
- offering a higher quality service training and placement
- EASILY SELF - IDENTIFY their first NFIL competences profile
- be active protagonists of their own integration path in the host society (social and economic integration)
- take advantage of a personalized training course towards employment
- aspire to better working positions.
